Who files the visas
Every H-1B petition begins with a Labor Condition Application, and every application names whoever prepared it. This is the directory of those filers for the 106 universities on this site — the firms, the individual attorneys, where they are, and how much of the work each one does.
All of it is public disclosure. The Department of Labor publishes these records, including the filer’s contact details, so that the programme can be examined.

Attorneys placed by the address on their filings. Dot area is proportional to filings. The work is not spread near the universities it serves.

Positions are postcode or city centroids, never street positions — an office suite geocoded to its postcode is the honest resolution, and some filings carry no street at all.
